My work so far…

I’m a talented and multi-skilled cross-platform editor, writer and sub with over 10 years’ experience working with commercial brands, magazines and social media.

I write and edit editorial for publications and brands like ASOS, Farfetch, Marie Claire, Tesco Magazine, Cosmopolitan, The Telegraph, The Express, You & Your Wedding and Family Traveller; advertorials for media companies like IPC and Hearst; and commercial brand/website copy for ASOS, Shiseido, Hush, Childs Farm, LadBible Group and more.

I’m adept, confident and experienced at crafting compelling content, whether that’s a long-form feature or short, snappy, advertising copy. I’m also available for – and skilled in – advertorial and brand-positioning work, tone of voice guidance and consultancy.

I’m looking to take on more freelance journalism and copywriting clients in the fields of parenting, fashion, travel and lifestyle, and am also open to flexible staff-role opportunities.

I have a postgraduate diploma in Magazine Journalism from Cardiff University (distinction) and an English literature degree from Exeter. At Exeter, I was Lifestyle Editor of our university newspaper Exeposé, and at Cardiff, my diploma group won the PTC Student Magazine of the year for our budget travel magazine Tracks. During university, I also interned at Grand Designs magazine, The Guardian Guide and my local newspaper.
