I’ve worked with brands and publications across a wide range of industries – I’m talking fashion to energy – for nearly 15 years. They all have one thing in common: every company needs to understand its customers, and be able to communicate with them.

Whether it’s developing a tone of voice and content strategy from scratch, or getting into the detail of your brand voice and how it sets you apart, I’m an expert.
